Drop Ins
Pet care in Strathcona County and surrounding areas for when you’re gone long hours, out of town or just busy.
Drop ins can include feeding, playing, cleaning, medicating or just giving extra love. Comfortable caring for any and all creatures; furry, feathered, scaled, or more.

How it works:
- We do a (free) meet and greet so we can do introductions, get to know each other, go over care instructions, receive keys/door codes, sign waivers, and discuss any other information we feel is important. We will also discuss the best way you’d like to receive updates while at your home.
- We only meet and greet once, no matter how many times you book. All necessary information is stored, and if any care instructions change you can send a video or text to update that information.
- If it’s been a long time since your animals last needed care, we will confirm that the information stored is the most up-to-date.
- Once satisfied, you can book any dates you need as far out as necessary. Minimum time* payment is required at least 72 hours in advance.
- Minimum time spent at each drop in is 20 minutes. Any additional time spent will be paid at the end of the visit.
- You will receive a text upon arrival. This way you know there’s someone at your home, and can request any other tasks. This also tells us when visit time starts so it can be tracked.
- During the visit, you will get lots of photos, videos and text updates. There will be at least 3 photos. If you have more than one animal, there will be at least one picture of each animal so you can see that everyone is happy and healthy.
- Once all tasks are complete, you will receive a final text with a brief summary of all the tasks that were performed so you know how things went and what was done. This also allows us to track how long everything took.
- A video will be sent of the door being locked for everyone’s peace of mind.
Pricing
Time spent at your home is dependent on how many tasks you need done. When you prepay, you only pay for 20 minute visits. If extra tasks are added, more time may be necessary and will be billed accordingly at the end of your set of drop ins.

Bookings available in 20 minutes increments. +$15 every 20 mins
20 mins: $20
40 mins: $35
60 mins: $50
80 mins: $65
An additional mileage fee may be applied for visits over 25km from Uncas
An additional cleaning fee of $20 may be charged for excessive messes (takes longer than 5 minutes to clean; excessive peeing, diarrhea, extreme vomiting, etc), on top of an extra time charge if necessary
The owner will also be notified in case veterinary care is necessary
